
Please help us welcome Toney Rogers to our Pirate Family! Mr. Rogers is our new Band Director. He has 43 years of drumming experience since his start in the 6th Grade at McGregor Jr High School. Professionally, he has been playing drums on stage with various known artists. He also brings over 13 years of music experience working with public school systems; Crawford High School drum tech, Interim Band Director at CISD, Assistant Band Director at Meridian High School (where he helped in their winning sweepstakes and taking them to their first ever state marching experience,placing 8th). He is also a booking agent for nationally known artists,with Netex Productions.
Mr. Rogers is married to his high school sweetheart, Althea Rogers (former flute and color guard member). They have two daughters whom both were members of the Crawford drum line while in High School. His family has a long history with Crawford from his mother's side (Flores) to having three girls (Austin, Savannah and Alana) that graduated and currently a granddaughter attending Crawford ISD. He also has three more hopeful Pirate grandkids.



VERY IMPORTANT! No one can access CHS gym this Friday until July 8th. Also, all District offices will be closed next week.


Some of our Pirate Staff met last week to celebrate Donna Lightfoot as she starts her next chapter! Mrs. Lightfoot will be very missed but we wish her the best and thank her for all she has done for Crawford ISD staff and students! 🏴☠️

Crawford Elementary is excited to welcome Tamara Ratliff to staff as the new Elementary Library Aide! Mrs. Ratliff graduated from Strawn High School were she met Josh who has now been her husband for 18 years. They moved to Crawford in 2013. They have 4 daughters: Mallory a sophomore, Mattie an 8th grader, Maggie a 3rd grader and Molly a Kindergarter. You can find them at whatever event the girls are doing! Mrs. Ratliff is very excited about being part of the Pirate Nation! Please help us welcome her to our staff!
