This week’s My Future Friday guest speaker was local taxidermist, Cory Hayslip! The students had a blast learning all about taxidermy and what it takes to be in this business!

First graders had a wacky week celebrating Dr. Seuss! They wrapped up the fun by trying green eggs and ham.

Kindergartners kicked off Spring Break with a field trip to the zoo today!

Milk Bottle Cookies challenged our 5th graders to create their own cookie recipe! two winners were selected! Today, the entire elementary school was treated with the winning cookies!! Sally Yost with The Patch (lemon cookie, sour sugar, rainbow sprinkles and a sour patch kid). Dallis Witte with The Strawberry (Strawberry Cookie, freeze dried strawberries and chocolate drizzle).

FFA’s Livestock Quiz Bowl Team competed at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s Quiz Bowl Contest. They didn't win this time but they did a good job representing Crawford FFA.

Congratulations to our 2026-2027 CHS Cheerleaders!!

Congrats to the Crawford boys A and B golf teams for finishing first and 2nd at the Iredell tournament. Braxton Larance-67, Colton Compton-73 anf Theo Goldenberg-75 finished 1st,2nd,3rd overall. Also, Averi Bolgian-78 finished first in the girls division.
