Our talented group of teachers and professional staff are dedicated to providing the best education possible for our students. Our teachers and administrators enjoy the comradery with other staff members and the family like atmosphere that a small district provides.

Classroom Aides & Secretaries

Our team of paraprofessionals plays a vital role in our education process. Some work alongside teachers and others work in different secretarial roles to support our students and staff.

Substitute Pay

No degree = $80 per day

Degreed = $90 per day

Certified = $100 per day

Long Term Sub = $125 per day

Work/Life Balance-

Crawford ISD is very family oriented and recognizes the importance of generous time off to recharge and to enjoy time with your family.

Teachers work a 10- month calendar, which often includes:

  • 1 week off for Thanksgiving

  • 2 weeks off for Christmas

  • 1 week off for Spring Break

  • 182 contract days

  • 5 Local Days

  • 5 State Days

When teachers are at work they also enjoy other perks, which includes:

  • working for a District that honors teachers time in the classroom (no unneccesary duties)
