Food Drive to benefit Crawford Food Pantry kicks off THIS WEDNESDAY! Food Drive runs Nov. 1st - 20th. This food stays local to help our neighbors in need through this holiday season. Elementary students can donate food to a collection box in their classroom. Collection point for all other grades is in the High School foyer. Donate like a Pirate! He has had either an individual or a team qualify for the State CC Meet each of those 14 years! Congratulations to the Lady Pirates! They finished 2nd at Regional Cross Country Meet and are advancing to the State Meet! Dawsen Holly got 2nd overall and Meghan Kevil finished 9th overall! Pirates finished 10th. Congrats to all!!
The Crawford Volleyball Team hosted a successful Pink Out night last Tuesday! They wish to sincerely thank our community, those who donated auction items, the parents, the sponsors, Crawford ISD staff and students, Blum ISD, and the countless individuals who lent a helping hand before, during, and after the event. There were many who pitched in to make this night truly amazing! Because of everyone's effort and generosity, this special event raised over $12,000! Thank you to everyone for your overwhelming support!!!
Pirate Coaches' Wives will be passing the bucket at halftime of Friday night's football game to raise money for Weldon Bleything, a graduate of Crawford High School, who is battling cancer. The Booster Club will also be selling "Once a Pirate...Always a Pirate" t-shirts to raise money for Weldon. Make plans now to support Weldon and his family as they are going through this battle.
