Senior Beta Club members presented a check for $828.35 to the Crawford Volunteer Fire Department this morning! This money was raised during the Fill the Boot Event. Thanks to all who participated and helped raise money to help out our local VFD!

Crawford Horse, Cotton, and Plant ID evaluation teams would like to give a HUGE thank you to Jason Velasquez with McCoys Incorporated, Becky and James Ingle-Dyer with Lonestar Chiller Systems, and Tim Anderson with Crawford FFA Alumni Association. Each groups financial assistance are going to help these teams as they travel to Lubbock for the State FFA CDE contests.
Each team will be leaving Thursday with practices along the way for cotton, mock contests on Friday, and a coaching lesson for the horse team, all before the contest on Saturday.
We are so very proud of these teams and their hard work!

Congratulations to Brant McIlhaney and Fisher Tindell who were named Anglers of the Year on the Central Texas High School Tournament Trail and qualified for the Championship tournament this weekend on Lake Waco!

Important Cafeteria News...
Congratulations to our Rotary Trivia Team of Grant, Ethan, Eli, Ava, Laykes, and Mrs. Fisher. They were honored today at a Rotary Club luncheon at the Lee Lockwood Library and Museum in Waco where they watched the prerecorded final round of the Trivia Challenge. They were also presented a check that will be divided up and given to each of the students as a scholarship when they graduate.
Update on girls state golf tournament… after day 1 Crawford girls currently sit in 5th place.. 8 strokes out of 3rd and 13 strokes behind 2nd.. Good Luck tomorrow ladies!!!
