Congratulations to our Trivia Team!  After 7 rounds in the Texas Challengers Quiz Tournament today, they placed 2nd to BASIS Cedar Park Charter School out of Austin.  Grant took 1st place for the overall individual with the most points earned. This was great practice for their upcoming Waco Rotary Club Trivia Challenge competition.

Good luck to our Trivia Team as they compete at La Vega High School today in their first ever Quiz Bowl Tournament.  The team consists of Grant Underwood, Laykes DeChaume, Eli Woten, and Jacob Fulp and is sponsored by Mrs. Fisher.

Crawford 5th grade launched its inaugural My Future Friday today! After polling students about careers they’re interested in pursuing, we began inviting professionals to visit on Fridays and share their experiences. Today, Blayr Barnard, owner of Barnard Beef Cattle Company, spoke with students about what it takes to be a rancher. We’re excited to see this initiative grow and spark new interests in our kiddos!

Congratulations to Payton Lewis and Grant Underwood who were honored today and supported by their parents and Mrs. Fisher at the Waco Rotary Club Student Guests Program Luncheon which is a platform for high school seniors to engage with local leaders and professionals and to also hear from a guest speaker who was with the United Way organization.
